We offer a 90-day refund from the date you receive the product. If you're not satisfied with Capry Oil, or you didn't see results, please contact us within this time frame to request a refund.

Note: For fairness and to prevent misuse, refunds are granted for only one bottle per order.

2. Simple refund process

To request a refund, simply reach out to our customer service team at team@capry.co.uk with your order number, and we'll handle the rest.

3. Full refunds

Upon the successful evaluation of your refund request, we will initiate a full refund of the product's value to your original method of payment.

Note: It can take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will either replace it at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including postage costs.
